I only practice law in the State of Florida. Although I represent clients residing outside the State of Florida that representation is limited to that client’s role in a case in the State of Florida.

In private practice, I have represented clients in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Relations/Domestic Violence (including dissolution of marriage, child support, paternity, modification proceedings, ...), Juvenile (both Delinquency and Chapter 39 proceedings such as Dependency or Parental Rights), and limited Civil Litigation.

Military employees have been a large percentage of my client base, primarily due to my e-commerce and e-communication policies.

My office is centrally located in Sebring to provide convenient access to the Courthouses of central Florida :
